Online therapy not only provides secure, confidential treatment, but it also means that you can get all the support you need from the privacy and convenience of your own home.

My goal is to provide a secure environment where clients can discover their abilities and individual abilities. My work is based on a humanistic, empowerment, and trauma-sensitive perspective.
My techniques are diverse and personalized to my client’s particular needs and objectives, using methods from CBT, ACT, DBT, parts work, mindfulness, harm reduction, and more.
That very much depends on the person and the issues that you are dealing with. Some people only come for 3-4 sessions, while others come for many sessions. It’s up to you and me to decide on an appropriate number of sessions for you.
If you are not benefiting from counseling, you can stop at any time. Of course, this is not the goal or expectation. Let’s talk together and expect that you will fully experience improvement before we part ways!
Our first conversation is an opportunity for you to get an idea of what it may be like to work with me, as well as for me to assess if I have the proper skillset to work with you. After brief introductions, I will ask you to tell me briefly what brings you into therapy. If it seems like we can work well together, we will plan our first session.
